We believe in the potential of every person. PARC is a human service agency based in Peoria, Illinois serving adults with developmental disabilities. Our programs include early intervention, community-based residential, rehabilitation, vocational training, transitional employment, supported employment and respite. Our main service area includes Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties, although we are not bound geographically to just these counties.
