Employment Services Overview

Providing Opportunities through a Reliable Workforce!

Employment Services supports individuals in reaching their employment dreams while providing the community with a workforce that is dedicated to making a valuable contribution. In PARC Works and Transitional Employment Services, we offer paid vocational training within our 22,000 square foot production floor. The people we serve are empowered by trying new jobs, given the support needed to increase their productivity as well as improve their work habits and skills.

Individuals who desire to work in the community are assessed, coached in seeking the right job, and then receive the extra support required to maintain employment from PARC’s highly trained and experienced Community Employment Services staff. So if you are an individual with a disability, an advocate, an employer or a business interested in outsourcing some work please contact us today.

“At a time in my son’s life when he was struggling to find his place due to his disability, PARC became his lifeline. Jeremy immediately responded with new confidence and a smile, knowing that his job coaches support him and care about his success. We are deeply grateful for the assistance we have received through PARC.”
~Martha Mackey, parent of Jeremy Mackey who receives supports from PARC’s Employment Services
