For access to PARC Community Living Services and PARC Programs:

An Indepenent Service Coordination (ISC) Agency performs a Pre-Admission Screening.

To start the process, contact an Independent Service Coordination (ISC) agency in the Peoria area. These agencies are the "front door" to Illinois state-funded service system. The ISC agency will perform a Pre-Admission Screening to document that the individual is eligible for the service and that the service setting is appropriate to his or her needs. Also know and PAS/ISCs, these agencies help develop a service plan tailored to the individual's needs and can make referrals to local service providers like PARC.

What if I need assistance finding and keeping a job in the community?

You may contact your local Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) office or call one the friendly staff in PARC’s Employment Services program. DRS is a division of the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) that works in partnership with people with disabilities and their families to assist them in making informed choices to achieve full community participation through employment.
