Transitional Employment Services

The Center of Excellence in Providing Work Training to Individuals with Disabilities!

Transitional Employment Services (TES) utilizes real work that comes with real pay to help individuals with disabilities develop the skills needed to seek community employment. The experienced staff at TES encourages individuals to achieve their fullest potential. The supports received in TES focuses on improving work habits and skills such as work speed, work quality, attitude, motivation, attendance, hygiene, proper work interactions, workplace safety, and learning specific job tasks. If you or someone you know would benefit from an environment where people come first, with a commitment to increasing people’s ability to work, PARC’s Transitional Employment Services is the place for you.

When asked why they work in TES, people had the following to say:

“I like the people I work with.”   Sandy Anderson, Crew Worker

“I like the money I make so I can go on trips.”   Betty Autzen, Custodial Worker

“I like TES because we have fun.”   Janice Orrick, Crew Worker
