A host family provider offers long term support to an individual whether it is helping with banking, shopping, going to doctor appointments, playing games or talking about their day. This significant commitment will have lasting memories for the individual and the providers. PARC believes in working together with the individual and provider to overcome barriers, therefore individuals can achieve their dreams.
Providers are chosen based on their character, compatibility with individual, and an in-depth home study.
All individuals must be screened by CISA (Central Illinois Service Access) for placement and funding eligibility.
